EXCHANGE AND RETURNS

Our Exchange & Returns system is only available for customers who have placed their orders on our official website sugarcrush.in. If you have purchased our products from any other website or app, please refer to the instructions provided there.
✅Charges
For an incorrect order delivered, it will be a free exchange or full amount refund. For a correct order delivered, a reverse shipping fee of ₹ 200/- will be charged on the new exchange or will be deducted from the refund amount.
An incorrect order includes delivery of the incorrect size, color, and product originally ordered, as well as defected products.
Products sold in SALE at ₹ 899/- or less are eligible for only size exchanges with ₹ 200/- reverse shipping fee and can only be returned if they are damaged or incorrect.
Name Clutches or customised clutches are not eligible for exchanges or returns
⌛️TIME
Exchange in which an incorrect order is delivered, The command of PICKUP (Delivered product from Customer’s address) and DELIVERY (of exchanged Products from Sugarcrush) are given Simultaneously, Where sometimes the delivered product gets picked up First from customers, then they receive the Exchanged pair or vice Versa.
Exchange in which the correct order is delivered First, the order is picked up from the customer, then the new exchanged pair is shipped after the QC team has verified the validity of the claims.
The Whole process of Exchange can take upto 7-10 working days.
For refunds, customers are requested to wait at least 7-10 days after picking up their order, after which the QC team will verify the validity of their claims and initiate a refund.
These Exchange and return days are subjected to differ if there is a weekend, Festivals, Courier Company Strikes, National holidays etc.
HOW TO CANCEL
⏳WITHIN 12 HOURS
Customers must inform us within 12 hours of placing an order if they intend to cancel the order. (By DROOPING AN EMAIL ON info@sugarcrush.in )
Order Id
It is mandatory to provide Order ID to cancel an order.
In Transit
Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped or are in transit.

Order Confirmation
Order confirmation emails are sent to the email address provided by the customer upon placing an order.
Tracking
We prefer to keep our customers informed about their orders, therefore, tracking information is sent to them via email within 24-36 hours of placing the order.
Delivery Time
We estimate 7-10 working days for delivery.
Delivery times vary from state to state, area to area, and pincode to pincode. Particularly in Telengana and Hyderabad, where some pincodes are not serviceable.
The delivery days are subject to change if there is a weekend in between, a festival, a courier strike,a national holiday etc.
