SHIPPING RESTRICTION
Any items notified by our courier companies to be restricted and/or banned and/or prohibited from time to time(including but not limited to animals, bullion, currency, bearer from negotiable instruments, precious metals and stones, firearms or parts thereof and ammunition, human remains, pornography and illegal narcotics/drugs).
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Order cut-off times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization. We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours with the exception of sale periods where it may take up to 72 hours. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. We are not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes. We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.
For all deliveries, a porch or door delivery without signature may be done. This is in line with international standards of shipping. We do not necessarily require a signature for goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to You. If You have specified a third party recipient for delivery purposes (for example as a gift) then You accept that evidence of a porch delivery at the address given (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfilment by Us of Our obligation.
WHEN DO WE DELIVER
All domestic orders will take about 3-4 days for delivery from the date of dispatch. International orders take a minimum of 7 days for delivery from the date of dispatch. Further information on the order status can be provided by our customer care upon request.
FREE SHIPPING
Free shipping is offered to only customers in India.
For shipping outside India: Orders placed outside India will incur fixed shipping charges and/or variable shipping charges based on the destination country. The shipping charges will also vary based on the product's size/type or the destination country's policies. Please note that shipping charges may vary and are subject to change without prior notice. The final shipping charge amount will be stated by our customer care. For detailed shipping charges, please refer to both tables below.

Product Prices displayed are inclusive of all taxes and duties.
For International Customers
Most countries are shipped to on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, which means product prices displayed are exclusive of all import duties. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are in, payment of these at the time of delivery is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. The order usually takes 7-10 working days to reach all the metros and tier I cities, however for some pin codes it might take a little more time. HOW WOULD I KNOW IF MY ORDER IS PLACED?
You will get a confirmation of the placed order on your registered email ID and phone number. Besides, we will further notify you with the tracking ID once it is dispatched from our warehouse.
HOW TO PLACE AN EXCHANGE REQUEST?
- Drop an email to info@sugarcrush.in to place exchange request.
- A confirmation email would be shared once the exchange or request is approved.
Please note that the exchange request needs to be raised within 7 days of the delivery date. Reverse pickup will be done in 2-3 working days by our courier partner. Once we receive the product, we would get in touch with you to confirm your request.
In addition, all returned products must be unused or unwashed or undamaged and must be returned with the original packing and tags when we receive them. Items without tags will not be accepted.
The new order will be on its way as soon as the exchange item is verified at our warehouse. The exchange process is subject to your exchange item meeting the above conditions.
ARE THERE ANY ADDITIONAL CHARGES FOR RETURNS EXCHANGE?
For an incorrect order delivered, it will be a free exchange or full amount refund. For a correct order delivered, a reverse shipping fee of ₹ 200/- will be charged on the new exchange or will be deducted from the refund amount.
An incorrect order includes delivery of the incorrect size, color, and product originally ordered, as well as defected products.

CANCELLATION, EXCHANGES & RETURN
HOW CAN I CANCEL AN ORDER?

- A confirmation email would be shared once the cancellation is approved.
Please note that the cancellation request needs to be raised within 12 hours of order placement.
HOW DO I RETURN / EXCHANGE A PRODUCT?

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I RECEIVE A DIFFERENT ITEM FROM THE ONE THAT I HAVE ORDERED?
We try our best to deliver the right products within time, however, in a few rare cases if you receive a different / wrong product, please drop an email to info@sugarcrush.in to place the exchange request
I HAVE REQUESTED A REPLACEMENT, WHEN WILL I GET IT?
For return exchange, the reverse pick up will be done in 2-3 days once the request is placed. It takes 7-10 days for the product to arrive at our warehouse, post which it undergoes a quality check. Once it passes the QC, the refund for return or the request for exchange will be initiated within 72 hours. Once the product is dispatched, it will take 7-10 working days to reach you. WHEN WILL I GET MY REFUND?
It takes 7-10 days for the product to arrive at our warehouse after the reverse pickup is done, after which it undergoes a quality check. Once it passes the QC, the refund initiated within next 48 hours.
